Teaching Assistant of Portuguese, Fulbright FLTA

João Pedro is a Fulbright Teaching Assistant of Portuguese at UGA for the year of 2022-2023. He holds a Teaching Degree in Languages (Portuguese and English) from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul and an MA in Language and Literature from the Sao Paulo State University. He began to teach languages in 2015 and has continued to do so ever since through university projects, language schools, and online platforms. His interests include comics studies, adaptation, pedagogical material development, and the use of art in language teaching.
