Crossroads Conference 2026

The Crossroads Conference is an interdisciplinary event hosted each February by the Graduate Student Organization of the Department of Romance Languages. Now in its 6th year, the conference brings together graduate students from the University of Georgia and institutions across the Southeastern United States for two days of scholarly exchange, collaboration, and community.

Call for Papers

We welcome submissions from scholars in the Humanities & Social Sciences. Scroll down to read the full CFP.

  • Abstract Deadline: November 10, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: December 5, 2025
  • Submission Limit: One abstract per participant
  • Participation Fee: $35 (cash, due at registration) is required for accepted presenters
    • Note: There is no fee to submit an abstract.
