Meg is from Holden Beach, North Carolina and received her Bachelor's and Master's degree in linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is now a fifth-year Ph.D. student at UGA with research interests in sociolinguistics, forensic linguistics and indigenous languages. Meg has taught classes in linguistics and Spanish. Currently, Meg is working on her QP2 on Afro-Latine Identity in Georgia. Please reach out to Meg via email for CV or other questions.
